Volunteers and First Aid will be available along the route to assist you if needed.

The route is flat and fast, with only a few small hills.

Please stay on the path and sidewalks as roadways will not be closed for the race. Please use caution when crossing an intersection.

Water Station

One water station will be available at the ½ way mark.

Washrooms and Changing

Washrooms and changing facilities in the Professors Lake Recreation Centre will be open and available for use.

Walkers and Time Limits

Want to walk the course, you’re more than welcome to. We only ask that you line up behind the runners. A 1 1/2 hour time limit is placed on the race which will leave plenty of time to finish comfortably.

Strollers, Pets and Roller Blades
Please no pets or roller blades are allowed on the course for safety reasons.  Strollers are permitted, but should line up near the rear of the start line.
